It sort of sounded like Joss Stone?|||I Did My Research. Its not Joss Stone. However its a lady by the name of Laura Izibor. The name of the song is "If Tonight Is My Last". And that my friend, is what played in the background of A.B.D.C Rhythem City's montague.
