What is the electronica instrumental from multiple MTV commercials and promos including Teen Mom, ABDC etc?

This track seems absolutely sick but only plays for like 10 seconds and its been killing me. Anybody, please help|||Try asking this in either the music or the television section. You will get better answers there!
