How can i get my hair to look like Olivia's from I aM Me on ABDC?

I want my hair to look like hers, it's about the same length it just doesn't fall like hers does and I really want it to!|||Olivia's haircut is basically layer over jazzed look on the top so try saying to the hair dude cut yours like that,... hope this helps
